Adam and Sarah Armstrong

Orange County, CA

With over 20 years of combined ministry experience, Adam and Sarah Armstrong have passionately mentored numerous new believers. Their service within the local church has been multifaceted, ranging from leading worship teams to supporting prominent voices in American church organizations. They've served in various capacities, including as Care Pastors, leading recovery groups, establishing young adult ministries, and strengthening the body of Christ through small group oversight.

In 2007, Adam and Sarah established a nurturing space for creatives, musicians, songwriters, and vocalists known as Adam and 1Accord. They garnered local acclaim for their innovative worship style and sound, although the group disbanded in 2010. Sensing a divine call to a new direction, Adam and Sarah relocated to Northern California in 2012, where they deepened their spiritual connection and clarified their purpose in ministry and family life.

Despite initial reluctance, Adam embraced God's directive to use his musical talents for Kingdom building, inspired by 1 Samuel 10:5. A transformative dream in 2020 ignited their passion to create worship experiences that reveal Jesus' power, love, and grace. Thus, Freedom Through Music was fully conceived, a vision initially spoken in 2007 and now realized in their hearts.

Formally established as a non-profit in 2023, Adam and Sarah eagerly anticipate their inaugural community gathering on New Year's Eve 2024 in Southern California. They invite all to join in this transformative encounter and eagerly anticipate the transformative work God will accomplish through music and worship. To God be the glory!
